Kelowna Secondary School T.O.U.G.H Kiwanis Scholarship

The Kelowna Secondary School Football Program prides itself on promoting a set of core values for their players known as the T.O.U.G.H. Philosophy

T.O.U.G.H Philosophy

– Team (Everything we do is for our team and to make each other better)

O – Ownership (We take ownership in all that we do)

– Universal (We strive to be open-minded and to celebrate all of our talents on and off the field)

G – Growth (We look for ways to always grow as a person and football player)

– Heart (We approach everything we do with effort and passion)

The program strives not only to be competitive on the football field but to help develop young people to become outstanding citizens in our community. Everything they do reflects back to their core values. The players work hard to always connect what they do on and off the field by being T.O.U.G.H.

Establishing the Kiwanis T.O.U.G.H. Scholarship ($1000). This scholarship and plaque are awarded to a graduating (Grade 12) KSS football player who has embodied the T.O.U.G.H. philosophy during his time in our
